WRITTLE PARISH COUNCILPlaying Fields
The parish council owns and maintains two playing fields, Paradise Road and the Oxney Green Park. It also owns a number of buildings at the Paradise Road site including the Pavilion (run and operated by the Writtle Sports and Social Club).
Both playing fields contain areas of play equipment for children and basketball hoops. There is a skateboard strip and outdoor table tennis table at Paradise Road. At Oxney Green Park there is an outdoor gym, pétanque terrain and football goals.
The Paradise Road Sports Field has football pitches, a cricket pitch, tennis courts and a state of the art 4G flood lit multi use games area for hire all year round. To hire the 4G please contact writtle4gbookings@gmail.com
