The Council has two allotment areas – Oxney Green and The Chase. The following plots are currently available from 24.09.26

Allotment Rents for 1 October 2026 – 30 September 2027 remain at £37 per full plot, £21.50 per half plot and £12.50 for a quarter / third plot.
Allotment Rents for 1 October 2027 – 30 September 2028 remain at £38 per full plot, £22 per half plot and £13 for a quarter / third plot.
There are no concessions available.
Rents include water rates.
Please note from 1st January 2026, all new tenants will be required to pay a one off, non-refundable administration fee of £20.
The metal access gates on East View are locked over the winter period as the ground is too wet to drive on. The gates will be opened in the spring when ground conditions allow.
